Human-centered, responsive UI/UX design

We designed every aspect of the platform, from the login page to the event calendar, dwelling on user research and feedback. We refined our wireframes in iterations in line with our human-centered design philosophy. This way, we settled on the most intuitive and easy-to-use interface. Our team also paid attention to the platform’s look and feel on devices of all types and sizes. Thus, we ensured our design would remain responsive no matter how users access the platform.

Thanks to our efforts, all the platform's tools save users time and effort. For example, the admin panel’s content management features reduced the time spent managing the website by 24%.

Documentation repository

The platform serves as a centralized hub for all the materials and documents clinics may need to access. That includes documentation on REVIV’s products, standards, safety protocols, and marketing or promotional materials.

We implemented the repository to enable documentation sharing, complete with search and filtering tools to facilitate retrieval. Because some of the documentation contains proprietary data, we added robust access control and breach prevention measures to protect all files.

Forums, news sharing, and event hub

The platform’s networking toolkit enables REVIV clinics worldwide and the company HQ to share news and insights. Clinics also need to interact with each other and access facilitated meet-ups. We introduced three key features to comprise the networking toolkit: forums, news sharing, and event hub.

Thanks to simple yet powerful forums, users have productive, in-depth discussions without struggling to keep up with the conversation. Meanwhile, clinics use news-sharing tools to exchange insights and spread the word about upcoming meet-ups. Finally, the event hub combines event management capabilities for organizers with an easy calendar-based event lookup and booking for potential participants.

Admin panel

Of course, the platform wouldn’t be complete without a robust admin panel for the brand’s clinic network managers. This admin panel centralizes all the tools REVIV’s employees need to manage the website’s content and the platform’s users. It also provides comprehensive analytics on every clinic’s performance, powered with easy-to-grasp dashboards and charts.

One of the most significant goals was to protect the admin panel from unauthorized access. Therefore, we analyzed and factored in all potential security risks during the platform’s development. As a result, the admin panel comes with robust role-based access and a breach prevention system.

Personalized subscriptions

To put users in charge of their experience with the platform, we implemented the user grouping feature. Thanks to it, users can choose the content they want to see in their feeds by selecting specific add-ons.

The ability to customize content feeds boosted user engagement as users could now tailor their experiences to their preferences and needs. To ensure personalized subscriptions remained a value-adding feature as our client’s business evolves, we created a scalable system for expanding the available add-on selection in the future.
